[...] 2010 NFL Mock Draft – Version 3 | Stedrock Sports [...]
You must be a moron. You can’t even get the draft order correct.
Nice to see you fix the order!
And, I don’t really see why the Saints would bolster the strongest part of their defense. They drafted a CB in the first last year and have 2 great CBs in Greer and Porter for years to come. D-line and LB are their biggest needs and thinking they won’t go in that direction in the first seems stupid to me.
So I take it you are a saints fan. You sure do a lot of complaining without giving me a player that you think they would take in front of Wilson, who in my opinion is the best player available. So why don’t you go ahead and plug in a player that you think fits better and I will tell you that your a moron and have no idea what you are talking about. Deal?
Oh and to call Greer and Porter great is a bit of a reach. I will give you fair, and maybe OK but great, I don’t think so.
Falcons won’t take a DT. DE, OLB or maybe an OT. Those are their need areas, and Dimitroff drafts for need. With Perry coming back and Babineau their best DL, they won’t draft a DT in the first round.
Griffen, Graham or Witherspoon are most likely picks.
I agree with the Falcons possibly taking Witherspoon. It was a toss up between him and Williams for the pick to Atlanta. Witherspoon had a great combine and is a really talented player. Griffen has too many question marks in my opinion and which Graham are you talking about?
Good observation though, in my next mock I think Witherspoon might be a better pick.
You got 9ers picking McLain w their 1st pick? don’t you think they have bigger needs than ILB for 1st pick?
Yeah they do (OL and CB). I think with the depth at OL they will easily get a top lineman with the 17th pick and with Hayden already gone they will not reach for any other CB’s because they will have the option to get a good one in the second round. If Hayden or Pierre-Paul falls to this point it would be a no brainer to take one of them, but with them both gone you have to go best player available.
Assuming the top 12 players are gone who do you think they should take with their 2 first round picks?
Does Seattle trading for QB Charlie Whitehurst change your thinking that they will draft Jimmy Clausen in the first round?
I can’t really figure out why so many people are so high on a guy like Whitehurst that is unproven at best. I think he will help the Seahawks as a backup but they need someone with the potential of Clausen, so to answer your question I still think that they will draft Clausen or maybe even trade up for Bradford (the better QB in my opinion).
One of my friends already told me about this place and I do not regret that I found this article.
